Wayne Picklesimer has organized this Thursday evening's Light Tour/Dinner. Be at the church at 5 pm, plan to eat together at the Halton Buffet & then view the Roper Mtn. Light Exhibit. If you are willing to provide additional transportation, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Deacons could use a few more individuals who would like to help bag fruit This coming Sat., Dec. 12 at 1:00 pm.

Check out the "Giving Tree" in the Fellowship Hall & help local families provide gifts for their children. Take a tag off the tree and return a wrapped gift no later than Sun., Dec. 13th. (Be sure to tape the tag on the outside of the gift).

The AnMed Blood Drive is just a few weeks away. The need is always greater at this time of year; if you're 18 yrs. or older, why not donate?

We will be having a Candlelight Christmas Eve Service again this year. Pastor Jim would appreciate volunteers who'd like to sing, provide music, readings, etc. See Jim for more info.

The Media Ministry is once again providing cards to be mailed to shut-in members and friends. You provide the address, we provide the postage.

Feel free to take a copy of "Frequently Asked Questions" concerning the Atlanta Bible College INS Inspections. The sheet is on the foyer table.

Glennis Walters is leading a team to Mexico (Dec. 14-21) to assist w/ an orphanage & provide encouragement to a family there. Pray for this team; contact Glennis for additional ways to help. Additionally, Margie Lanford will be participating again in a Central America Mission Trip (February 2010). Stay tuned for ways that you can help Margie & her medical colleagues.

We're thankful for the young people of our church, and for all those who have helped out with this morning's program. Parents, we especially thank you for bringing your children to practices, Sunday School and church. Parenting is hard work—but you are doing a good job.
