"Ruby Tuesday"
The Adelle Chandler Ladies Group will spend this coming Tues. evening eating out and visiting with Ruby Kay. The church van will depart at 6 pm.

Congratulations to Guthrie Grove upon receiving "Best of Show Award" in the Williamston Festival of Trees. Sheila Hiles once again decorated our tree (Which was adorned in gold).

The church has received the following note from Laura Wright:  "Thank you for all the many prayers that were said for me before, during, & thru my surgery/recovery. I truly know God had His hand in every step that I had faced. He's given me so much back to me & to my children & husband especially. I see so much more happiness in us all & God is to thank. I thank you for the beautiful plant also. It sits by my kitchen sink & every day I see it I have to stop & say a quick prayer--a promise I made to myself & will continue to keep every time I look at it."

Thanks to those who helped prepare yesterday's breakfast for our monthly Men's meeting. We appreciate Pastor Jim's devotionals and efforts towards this event.

Men's Breakfast/Fellowship is held the 2nd Saturday of each month (Unless there are other schedule conflicts).

"Everybody's Birthday Party" is just 2 weeks away! You'll not want to miss this exciting evening of food, fun, and fellowship. We still need volunteers to "head up" their birthday month table. Please contact Myra right away if you are willing to help with table decorations, birthday cake, or "talent" for your birthday month group.

The 2009 FUEL Quizzing Bible Material has been announced. Begin familiarizing yourself with the Book of James. Laura Franco & Chris James are starting to work with our youth on this material.

2009 Birthday/Anniversary Calendars are almost ready! Let Lynda Grant know how much you appreciate her volunteer efforts towards this project.
