...the political divide

The political race is now in full swing with all of its trappings: speeches full of lies, half truths and mud slinging. To top it off, the television commentators think it’s their job to throw fuel to the fire.

The Sea and the Waves Roaring
Submitted by GGCOG Admin on Thu, 05/08/2008 - 2:27pmIs Jesus' teaching of the "roaring of the sea and the waves" one of the signs preceding His Second Coming? It appears to this writer that it is. Three verses later, Jesus said, "When these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."
"Motivation"
Submitted by GGCOG Admin on Thu, 05/08/2008 - 2:22pmI once heard a motivational speaker say, "We can do anything if we are just motivated." How motivated are we? The most urgent thing we should be motivated to do is to Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness.
